Date Me is the third book in the Keatyn Chronicles series. Just like with the first two books I couldn't put it down. Date Me starts off right where Kiss Me left off with Dawson having just asked Keatyn to Homecoming, and it is one big intense, crazy, emotional, awesome ride after that.Keatyn is at boarding school for her safety and the safety of her family. Her stalker Vincent is still out there and until he is caught she needs to lay low, stay away from her family and friends and not tell anyone who she really is. This book takes place over a period of three weeks which I cannot believe! So much happens in such a short amount of time.It is Homecoming time at Keatyn's school, a time when everyone's parents come to see their kids, especially the ones who are in the Homecoming Court. This was a real struggle for Keatyn. She loves her sister's and her parents and not being able to see them for fear of putting them in danger is really hard for her. Keatyn is so strong and really grows a lot throughout this book. If I was her I would be an absolute wreck. She really seems to hold it together most of the time and is able to hold her own. I really admire that about her.One of my favorite moments in this book is when Keatyn is on her way to meet Aiden and she stops to watch the sunset. Aiden ends up joining her and talking with her about his family and his mom's story. Such a sweet moment for these two.Perhaps my favorite relationship is the one between Riley, Dallas and Keatyn. Riley is Dawson's brother and one of Keatyn's best friends. He has such a sweet brother sister relationship with Keatyn. Riley is always there for her no matter what! You know you have a true friend when he holds your hair while you puke and then he cleans you up after. Riley is always there to give Keatyn (or has he likes to call her Baby) a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear. This is my favorite series by author Jillian Dodd. I have fallen in love with the characters and love how intense these books can get at times. There are moments that have you laughing out loud, moments that have your heart beating out of your chest and then there are those moments where the characters are vulnerable and you are in tears. My favorite part of the whole book comes at the very end. It is so GOOD! But make sure you DO NOT skip ahead and read it or the whole thing will be ruined for you. But trust me you will melt into a puddle of goo! I highly recommend this book and all the others in this series!
